Sixty Seeds Cocoa is our childhood becoming reality. Growing up in a cocoa farm, our weekend chores would include picking ripened cocoa pods from tree to tree placing them in a wheel barrow. Dropping them at one central place where we would crack open the cocoa pods and place the seeds into a bucket.  Every now and then we would sample some cocoa seeds and clearly remember how gorgeous and unique the taste of the cocoa is. For us, cocoa reminds us of family and how we were there for each other.

Working with The Original Cocoa Traders in Melbourne, we bring to Malaysia some awesome drinking chocolates that are as pure as it gets. It feels like the memories of our childhood are back…

Sixty Seeds Cocoa is a distributor of specialty drinking chocolate working with wholesalers, cafes, restaurants and retails clients.  Our drinking chocolates are used in specialty cafes and sold in Australia, New Zealand, New York, London , Japan and Singapore.

Why Sixty Seeds?

A cocoa pod comprises about 20-60 seeds. We choose Sixty Seeds to portray us – wide distribution, wholesale. We work directly with the cocoa producers in Australia who are as passionate as us to bring you the deeply flavored mouth feel cocoa drinking chocolate blends. The beautiful blends are also sold in Australia,New Zealand, New York, London, Japan and Singapore.

In 2016, Sixty Seeds Cocoa was established, passionate to provide specialty cocoa powder to satisfy the demand of cafe quality cocoa powder to all chocolate enthusiasts.

Our cocoa can be used for a wide range – specialty hot cocoa, iced cocoa blend, mocha blends, dusting, baking, ice creams etc.

KOKO DELUXE
  • Made from some of the world’s finest cocoas.
  • Sourced from West Africa, the deep red color of Koko Deluxe is indicative of top grade bean varieties in this world renowned cocoa growing region.
  • The quality is confirmed with complexity and body, leaving a superfine, true chocolate finish.
  • This African Red cocoa is processed in France, then blended with pure Australian cane sugar.
MOFO DELUXE
  • From Ghana & the deep 22-29% cocoa butter flavor is enhanced by the choicest Belgium chocolate flakes.
  • Blended with 100% certified fair trade organic cane sugar.
  • Contains no gluten or dairy ingredients – Vegan Friendly
  • Filler Free where no nasty numbers, starch, milk powder, colors, preservatives or thickeners.

KOKO DELUXE

Espresso Machine Instructions
(Serves two)

  • In your jug add 250ml of cold milk, then add two rounded tablespoons (40g) of Koko Deluxe.
  • Steam together with the milk to 68 Degrees. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
  • Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.

Stove top Instructions
(Serves two)

  • Warm 250ml milk with two rounded tablespoons (40g) of Koko Deluxe – not too hot!
  • Add to a coffee plunger and pump gently, or whisk for a creamy texture.
  • Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
MOFO DELUXE & MOFO DELUXE PREMIUM

Espresso Machine Instructions
(Serves two)

  • Pour 300ml of cold milk into a jug. Add two rounded tablespoons (40g) of Mofo Deluxe.
  • Steam the mixture to 70°C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
  • Garnish with Mofo ‘Shake’ Premium Dark Chocolate.

Stove top Instructions
(Serves two)

  • Warm 300ml milk with two rounded tablespoons(40g) of Mofo Deluxe – not too hot!
  • Add to a coffee plunger and pump gently, or whisk for a creamy texture.
  • Garnish with Mofo ‘Shake’ Premium Dark Chocolate.
